The BLR-300 Fixation Base for Bar Mounting is the most versatile mounting option in the Yasargil system, designed to clamp onto any circular bar up to 16mm in diameter. This allows the Yasargil flexible arm to be deployed from retractor ring frames, Sugita-type head rest bars, table-mounted bar systems, or any other bar-based infrastructure present in the operative setup — wherever a skull clamp attachment point is not available or convenient.
The bar-clamping mechanism provides a secure grip without requiring modification to the host bar, and the flexible arm attachment point above allows the same flexible arm (BLR-296) and spatula supports to be used as in the skull-mounted configurations. Sold as the base alone.
