Leyla Brain Retractor System – Complete Set (BLR-279)

The Leyla Brain Retractor System is the standard self-retaining brain retractor used in neurosurgery worldwide for hands-free retraction of brain tissue during intracranial procedures. The system fixes to the operating table rail via a ball and socket joint, and a vertical holding rod carries the coupling head from which up to five flexible arms can be deployed in any direction. Each flexible arm ends in a spatula support that accepts flat brain spatulas of varying widths, allowing multiple points of brain retraction to be maintained simultaneously without any surgical assistant holding the retractors.
