The BLR-295 is the 2-arm version of the Yasargil brain retractor complete set, providing simultaneous retraction at two points from a single skull-mounted fixation base. The fixation base for 2 flexible arms accepts both arms independently, allowing each to be directed toward a different retraction target around the craniotomy. This is particularly valuable in procedures requiring bilateral retraction — such as interhemispheric or bifrontal approaches — where two spatulas must be maintained simultaneously from one mounting point.
Like the BLR-294, the system uses braided flexible arms that lock rigidly at any set position. The complete set includes the fixation base, 2 flexible arms, and 2 flat spatula supports.
