Omni Track Abdominal Retractor – Connecting Cross Bar (BMO-105)
Lower abdominal connecting cross bar (12″ x 12″) with cross bar joint for the B Martin Omni Track single post abdominal retractor system. Extends the retraction framework to the lower abdomen, enabling stable blade placement at the inferior wound margin.
The BMO-105 Lower Abdominal Connecting Cross Bar and BES-109 Cross Bar Joint extend the Omni Track retractor frame to the lower margin of the abdominal wound. The 12″ x 12″ cross bar provides a rigid transverse support rail at the lower pole of the operative field, accepting additional blade joints and blades to achieve complete, circumferential wound retraction without any hand-held assistance. The BES-109 joint uses a secure clamping mechanism to attach the cross bar to the wishbone ring at the required position and angle. Together, these components allow the surgeon to configure a fully enclosed retraction frame — upper, lower, and lateral — providing unobstructed access to the entire abdominal cavity. All components are CNC-machined from surgical stainless steel.
