Omni Track Abdominal Retractor – Wishbone with Horizontal Bar (BMO-102)

The BMO-102 Wishbone with Horizontal Bar is the primary framework component of the Omni Track system, sitting between the standard post and the retractor blades. The wishbone ring encircles the wound perimeter while the horizontal bar provides a rigid cross-support for mounting the lower cross bar and blade joints. This design enables the surgeon to position multiple retractor blades simultaneously at any point around the operative field — cranial, caudal, and lateral — without repositioning the post. The wishbone slides onto the standard post and locks securely in position. The horizontal bar accepts the lower abdominal connecting cross bar (BMO-105) and the blade joint assemblies (BES-110), creating a fully customisable, modular retraction platform. CNC-machined from surgical stainless steel, the wishbone withstands the sustained mechanical loads of abdominal retraction without flexion or creep.
