Omni Track Abdominal Retractor – Blade Joint (BES-110)

The BES-110 Retractor Joint for Blades is the key connection component between the Omni Track wishbone frame and the individual retractor blades. Each joint slides onto the wishbone ring and is clamped securely at the desired position around the operative field. The blade rod is then inserted into the joint and locked at the required angle and depth, providing precise, stable retraction with no hand-held support. Multiple BES-110 joints can be used simultaneously on a single wishbone, enabling complete 360° wound retraction with as many blades as the operative field requires. The joint mechanism allows quick blade exchanges during surgery without disturbing the rest of the retractor setup. Compatible with all B Martin Omni Track blade types — Deaver, Kelly, Malleable, Splanchnic, Renal, Fence, and others.
