The Kelly retractor blade features a narrow, slightly curved profile designed for targeted retraction of wound margins in confined areas where wider blades would crowd the operative field. The B Martin Omni Track Kelly blades (BMO-135 to BMO-138) offer four lengths — 4″, 6″, 7″, and 8″ — all at a consistent 2″ width, making them suitable for a range of wound depths from superficial to moderately deep abdominal fields. These blades are particularly useful for lateral retraction at the sides of a laparotomy incision, maintaining access while keeping the surgeon’s field of view unobstructed. Rod-mounted for compatibility with all BES-110 blade joints and CNC-machined from surgical stainless steel.
